I like to think my work is about more than just building homes—it’s about helping people create spaces where life’s best memories happen. I genuinely enjoy working with clients to visualize how their new house will come together, from finding the perfect spot for their baby’s nursery to designing cozy areas where family moments unfold.

I’ve been recognized as a top sales producer—proof that I know how to work with people, listen well, and follow through. Building a home isn’t just about contracts and walls; it’s about trust, connection, and delivering something that feels right.

Outside of work, I’m on the water—whether inshore or offshore fishing, chasing the next big whopper. That love for the coast carries into my work: I understand why people dream about living here, and I want to help them make it “reel”.

My passion for construction started at 12, working alongside my father across multiple states. Carpentry, roofing, painting—those early years gave me both hands-on skill and a respect for craftsmanship and problem-solving.

I went on to found and sell a successful roll-off business, which sharpened my business acumen in logistics and customer service. Later, I spent three years working with one of the premier builders in the Southeast, managing large-scale projects and high expectations for quality.

Now, as a licensed contractor in South Carolina, I lead construction for Impresa Modular Charleston. My role is simple but vital: making sure what we promise on paper comes to life in the field—with precision, integrity, and excellence.

And when I’m not on the job site, you’ll probably find me chasing waves up and down the South Carolina coast. Surfing keeps me sharp, humble, and always ready for the next “set”.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning finance, healthcare, and real estate, I’ve built a career on innovation, collaboration, and creating lasting value. I began my journey at Merrill Lynch, later co-founded Peachtree Orthopedic Products (which grew into Midwest Medical Enterprises), and spent decades in residential real estate—acquiring, renovating, and building homes with a relentless focus on quality and design.

Today, I lead Impresa Modular Charleston. For me, this work is more than business—it’s legacy. Each project reflects a commitment to excellence and to the families who place their trust in us. From custom luxury builds to efficient coastal homes, our mission is simple: deliver homes that stand the test of time.

When I’m not guiding the vision of our company, you’ll often find me on the golf course. South Carolina offers some of the finest courses in the country, and there’s nothing better than living and working where fairways meet the ocean breeze.
