We’re just starting our modular home build, and so far the experience has been great. The team has been organized, responsive, and very clear about the process and next steps. We feel confident moving forward and are excited to see the project come together.

I’ve had the chance to work with Richard and his team on a few projects and I can honestly say they’re some of the most organized and down to earth people in the business. They take care of their clients, communicate clearly, and deliver beautiful homes. You can tell they love what they do and treat everyone with respect. If you’re looking for a company that’s professional but still feels personal, Impresa Modular Charleston is it!

The Parker brothers have been amazing to work with on our home! Richard Parker Jr., their CSO, has been incredible, patient, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything turns out right. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in every home they build. Highly recommend them!
